Casinos on Boulder Highway

I have taken the shuttle to Sam%26#39;s Town on my last trip. I enjoyed the off- strip atmosphere and would like to visit other casinos in the area. But what is the distance from Sam%26#39;s Town to the other casinos on Boulder Highway? Walk? Taxi? CAT bus? I plan to return to the strip via the Sam%26#39;s Town shuttle. Any thoughts?

arizona charlies is about 1 mile away (n.w.) boulder station maybe 2 miles away the other way there is nevada palace (low end ) close by, and jokers wild and longhorn down the road..

boulder station is best casino, az good, jokers wild ok low rollers casino, longhorn small low end casino, nevada palace been 15 years and it was no fun low end dump,

Don%26#39;t walk. That street is full of psychos and crime. Driving is ideal, but if you%26#39;re not renting a car the bus may suffice. The stops are still a little shady but nothing compared to walking the whole distance. Taxi is probably safer but not so much so that it%26#39;s worth the extra money. What casinos, in particular, did you want to visit?

Arizona Charlie%26#39;s and Boulder Station

Why?

The only ';decent'; casinos on Boulder are Sam%26#39;s, Boulder Station and Az. Charlies and all are a good distance apart and none offer anything you can%26#39;t get on the strip or downtown. I would rec. a trip downtown instead where you can walk to at least six or seven as good or better casinos.
