Anyone been to a Mandalay Beach event?

Is it only standing room? Can you sit in the water or on a towel? I know, silly question.

Anyone been to a Mandalay Beach event?

I%26#39;ve been to at least two concerts at The Beach...Eek-a-Mouse and....someone else....the wife and I have tickets for the Beach Boys this coming Fourth of July weekend.

If I remember, you cansit on towels on the sand. I don%26#39;t remember if the cahirs are all pulled up and stacked - I *think* so You can walk around and people hang out in the water. I don%26#39;t remember siwwiming, just sitting in the water, in the wave pool. The bars are open for drinks. People are smoking both tobacco and (discreetly) pot. I don%26#39;t remember the grill being open, but we ate before the concerts.

I find the concerts to be a lot of fun. I%26#39;m not a huge Beach Boys or reggae fan, but we usually buy tickets if the band is someone that might be fun.
