Small tip for June vegas-goers

Every summer the Barbary Coast does ';Hot summer nights'; for 2 weeks in which they charge $1 per drink. My local friend informed me that they have changed it this year to $2 drinks for the entire month of June. Good place to make a pit stop for some cheap drinks w/out gambling. I sure hope it%26#39;s true because I%26#39;ll be setting up shop in 2 weeks!

Ha! Oh yeah, it is a ridiculous increase..... but I think they might be trying to make up for it by extending 2 weeks. I think I%26#39;ll forgive them and enjoy my $2 drinks. :)

I guess for the strip that is good, but the beer is only tap and the wells are very small and weak. I don%26#39;t think $2 is a great deal. But i guess just like everything else, stuff has gone up.

I don%26#39;t know what it is about BC, but I always end up having the most fun gambling there. They have always been kind enough to drop a $10 game to $5 if we can fill a table with our group. I do like that they followed suit and started giving out beads, even if it is a ploy for the eye in the sky to help out changing dealers when the table is hot. Also, the lounge bands and fun vibe in the lounge area is fun and they at least used to do karaoke. I%26#39;m sure that if I did as well on the tables at another casino, I would adopt the same warm fuzzies.

hey Ash.. i have been there in 04 for those drinks, plus Casino Royal is always a good starting point.. cheap drinks there, will be there Monday for the week, at the HOOT..

Walker... $2 is for anything you want from top shelf to bottom shelf. I tend to have plenty of $2 shots of Patron.... which I think is a pretty darn good deal!
