What is the average price per day to eat and drink? I now it depends on where you go, bust just like a ballpark range...
Thanks everyone:)

Well.. depends on how much you drink and what places you eat, but this might help:
Cheap drinks/eats - $100 - $150 per person, per day for 3 meals and about 7-10 drinks
Medium priced eats and drinks $200 - $250
Medium priced eats with one nice meal and drinks - $300 per person (with nice bottle of wine with dinner, etc.)
All of this is realtive of course, and you could pare it down, or you could go way over. I usually do a mid-morning brunch thing and then dinner later on (thus, only 2 meals) and drink a lot for ';free'; when gabling, and expect to drop $100 - $150 per day. If we do a nightclub or bar for drinks, we add $50 a person to that.

Bring your own half gallon of Absolut from Safeway ($35) and eat at the Riveria snack bar...99 cents per item!
Seriously though, I bring my own hard alcohol from home to get me started along with an American Casino Guide. This can save you money if you are looking to do that.
If not, things are quite expensive. There are places to get $1 beers and get drinks for free when you gamble.
Tropicana coupons given at the door upstairs have a good coupon for a burger in one of their little restaurants.
I have seen a lot of Nathan%26#39;s hot dog coupons on Ebay.
BJM is right - there is no way to give you an realistic ballpark because there are too many extremes in dining. The Rachal Ray $40 a day thing is totally doable and even beatable if you are on a budget.
As for drinking, it depends on what your personal limits are for buying a drinks. I for one don%26#39;t really pay for drinks in Vegas outside of tips because I don%26#39;t drink alot and can get buy on free beverage service in casinos quite happily. But when you are dining or clubbing, the wine and drinks prices can really start to soar.
On the cheap?
Coupons from the internet and local magazines. Las Vegas will get your money sooner or later so your goal is to get as much in return as possible along the way.
DO NOT gamble away $10.00 just to get a :';free'; $2.00 drink.
Much cheaper food and drinks Downtown.
10 bucks will get you a steak and few bucks will get a drink.
Cheapest and more interesting for me to drink in the dives.
I mean 40 oz of Coors for a buck cheap.
This approach is not for everyone
Yes, by all means bring your own hardstuff..
There are liqour stores that have 6 packs etc. along the strip and Downtown
You can walk around a lot, not all of, of LV with a drink.
I know a guy who carried a small ';cooler'; type fanny pack he put some beers in there witha ice pack and had one from time to time..
Come to think of it why not a ';hydration'; backpack full of cocktails?
Or you can put a martini in a to go cup or water bottle to carry you on to the next bar.
I carry a hip flask refilled from the big bottle in my room. So you order a coke from McD%26#39;s and top it off with rum from the flask. etc.
