I would appreciate any reviews from anyone who has eaten here. Looking for a b-day group dinner celebration, something away from the hustle. I know there are 2 locations, which one would be closer in driving from the convention center? high quality food? prices? atmosphere? do they take reservations? any help is always appreciated!
Claim Jumper Restaurant Help...Never eaten at these in Vegas but have several times here at home. Expect HUGE portions of tasty high fat and calorie food. You should go if you%26#39;ve never been but then again its another chain resturant in Vegas so if you can go somewhere unique and try this at home I would do it.
Claim Jumper Restaurant Help...1.) high quality food? ~ Very good sandwiches and desserts. So-So on the steaks, ribs, chops %26amp; chicken.
2.) prices? ~ Average prices for this type of place. Desserts $4-9. Sandwiches $9-14. Steaks, ribs and other dinners $12-25.
3.) atmosphere? ~ Casual dress. Theme: Rustic Lodge/ Gold Rush. Dead animal heads mounted around the place.
4.) do they take reservations? ~ My location does not, but other location may.
I have been to this restaurant several times for company lunches %26amp; dinners. Nice for a chain restaurant, but still it’s a chain. What they do well I have to say they do very well, which is sandwiches and desserts - especially the desserts. Steaks, ribs, chops and other dinners are only average. Some people say the portions are huge; I’d say a little bigger then average, but not huge. My male co-workers have never had a problem finishing their meals and then ordering dessert.
