Maple Tree Countryside Kitchen-WOW!!

Just went on my trip 5/29 to 6/1 (TR to follow later.) I was visiting my dear friend who just moved there in Feb. %26amp; he read a review. He had 2 for 1 coupons. Well, it ended up being my favorite meal while I was there. We went twice!

I have their to go menu which says Olde Tyme Country Cooking in the tradition of a New England Style Sugarhouse Restaurant.

It is approx. 2-3 miles off the strip so you probably should have a car.

THE DECOR: I love country style restaurants but find most of them are over the top %26amp; sometimes a little tacky. Their decor was awesome. Classy in every way right down to the decor in the restroom. The entire restaurant is so clean you could eat off the floor.

SERVICE: Fabulous They just couldn%26#39;t do enough for you. This is owned by a family. One of the owners told me they wouldn%26#39;t put anything on the table that they wouldn%26#39;t serve in their home. When I didn%26#39;t finish my soup she was concerned there was something wrong. I assured her it was delicious I was just saving room for the entree.

THE FOOD: The 1st visit for breakfast I had country fried pork chop %26amp; eggs, country potatoes, sliced apples %26amp; fried bread, $7.00. Loved it. My friend had the buttermilk pancakes with real maple syrup %26amp; real butter $4.75. He said they were firm on the outside %26amp; oh so soft %26amp; tender on the inside. One thing is theat real maple syrup is much stronger %26amp; you use less. The 2nd meal we had was lunch. I had Yankee Pot Roast %26amp; gravy, real mashed potatoes, corn on the cob (you can have veggies instead) bean %26amp; ham soup, brown bread with a little maple topping %26amp; maple coffee w/whipped cream %26amp; maple sugar granules on top. Are you ready for the price $8.50! He had the Samuel Adams beer battered cod fillets, french fries (a beautiful golden brown on the outside %26amp; soft inside,) cole slaw %26amp; your choice of soup or salad (they were happy to substitute a fruit bowl.) $7.99.

On both visits we had the 2 for 1 so you can see how cheap this was.

They also had early bird specials %26amp; lunch specials every day.

They are located at 6000 W. Spring Mountain Rd. near Jones, hours are 7am to 2:30pm 7 days. Ph. 362-5151.

Maple Tree Countryside Kitchen-WOW!!

I just read on this forum about this place this past week and wrote it down as a must place to eat our next trip. Sounds wonderful to get that kind of atmosphere in Vegas out in the middle of the desert. My question is where did you find the 2-1 coupons you talked about? Thanks in advance!!

Maple Tree Countryside Kitchen-WOW!!

My friend who lives there got one in the newspaper %26amp; the other was an insert in the paper. But, at their prices I wouldn%26#39;t hesitate to pay full price. If you go, please post how you liked it.

Thanks for your reply and I will be sure and post a TR when we get back. We will be there July 2nd-8th. We will go with or without a coupon too!!! :)

This restaurant sounds great. We%26#39;re going to LV on July 8th and will be sure to stop it. Exactly where is it? You said about two-three miles from the strip. Which way? Also do you know their hours?

Thanks, Amy

This web site will tell you about the restaurant and the menu:

Thanks for the info about this restaurant - this will be our 5th time visiting LV and I%26#39;ve never heard of it. We plan to have breakfast there. The prices seem very reasonable, but if anyone knows of discount coupons please let me know. Thanks.

We were just there last week. The restaurant has only been open since November which is why many people haven%26#39;t heard of it. The food was great, though!
