Harrahs Rewards card

For the past 7 years my wife and I go to vegas in early May and stay a week to ten days.1 year ago we stayed at Paris for two weeks and had a card from them. This year we did not stay there but when we made an attempt to use the card we were told to exchange it for a Harrahs rewards card since they now own the hotel. No problem except you must use it within 6 months. I know you can go to any Harrahs property anywhere but due to our work (6 to 7 days a week) our only time in 233 days from today. Does anyone know if there is any flexibility in this our will we lose all our points? Does it make sense to just give the card to someone who would be going so we can extend the time frame or perhaps there may be an even better way? May is important to us as it is also our wedding anniversary. As usual and always thanks for your help.

You have to have an ID to change the card. Are you anywhere near one of their ';boats';? You can have someone try to use it to keep it going, but you may get the msg to see the rewards desk.

Maybe someone will reply that has just been there. Has anyone try to use a CP or Paris card lately? DO you have to get a Harrah%26#39;s card now? I am going July 1 so I will try, but maybe someone will help. You can always email Paris.

Harrahs Rewards card

Outside of gambling at a Harrahs owned property somwhere around the country, the only other way to keep your points active would be to get there credit card and use it to build your comp balance. I know for most folks that isn%26#39;t a real option.

You could get someone to play on you card but since offers are based partly on your average point accumulation per day, that could hurt you more than help on the long run.

We have the Harrahs card. We, also, in the past had Bally%26#39;s, Paris, Flamingo, Grand (in MS), Horseshoe (MS), Sheraton (MS) and any other Harrahs properties. They have all been consolidated under one player%26#39;s ID number with the Harrah%26#39;s logo. You will need to convert any newly acquired Harrah%26#39;s property player%26#39;s card to the Harrahs card. If you have already done that, you may be able to get someone to play on your card at one of their properties. However, if he hits a handpay while playing with it, there will be complications. You can go to Harrahs website and input your players number and your pin # and see just what rewards you have earned. I think there is even a catalogue you can order from using your earned rewards. It takes 100 credits to equal $1.00. If you do not have a lot accumulated, I just wouldn%26#39;t worry about it.

In your case, the points are not worth the large expenditure of money for peanuts in return.

Harrahs has become very UPPITY since the consolidation.

Anyone who has a Harrahs card receives the newsletters.

The latest had a 4 month schedule of FREE rooms in JUNE%26lt; JULY %26lt;AUG%26lt; SEPT., regardless of points earned.

If you shop around, you will find all kinds of good deals, not requiring expenditure of funds for a low price.

Try the ORLEANS. Get the COAST CARD for slots and a PIT CARD

for table games.

When did you get that calendar for days? I haven%26#39;t gotten it yet and I want to know what I%26#39;m looking at for room prices in August.

The Harrahs World magazines don%26#39;t automatically go to every customer. If you do get one, there are usually room offers in there but they are based on your own play. You may get free nights where your friend may get casino rate.

You can aways bet on winner to not to know what he%26#39;s talking about.

Nuggetbrain, I got the mailer for my reward%26#39;s card, about a month and a half ago, for free nights any month thru July (no August on mine). I have so far racked up a whopping $19 in comps BTW.

I have an MBNA Visa Harrahs credit card. It adds reward (not tier) points to my account. If you use the card within 6 months, it will keep your account open even if you don%26#39;t play anywhere in 6 months.

I have been waiting 5 months now for my cash back from Caesars. Harrahs was originally supposed to send a check. I found that some people received vouchers from Harrahs that had to be cashed in Vegas. I did sign up for a Rewards Card.

Apparantly Harrahs thought I did not deserve the few bucks they owed. and this business of giving vouchers is baloney. They know

75% of the vouchers will never be redeemed.

Sounds like harrahs is run by a bunch of bean counters. Be cautious.
