Have you ever read a review and thought, ';If it was as truly bad as you say, why didn%26#39;t you get up and leave?';
I only ask because I just read a recent review of the Mirage buffet that makes it sound like it%26#39;s 3 Am at the Denny%26#39;s branch in hell . ';Abominable desserts'; ';Prison decor'; ';Staff inattentive and rude'; ';Service beyond bad'; And my favorite: ';Never have I been so disappointed in my life!';
You%26#39;ve got a pretty sweet life if the most disappointing thing to happen is a bad buffet. And really, why wouldn%26#39;t you leave if that%26#39;s the way you felt?
I can understand hyperbole when you need to make a point, but it seems like it would be more credible without the over-the-top put downs.
I%26#39;m not trying to flame or anything, just making an observation.

Joet.....you are TOOOOOOOOOOO funny!!! I have thought this exact same thing many times in reading reviews. I used to be a server at a fancy steak house. It never ceased to amaze me the things people would complain about, and the LEVEL they would complain. I always thought, ';jeez, it%26#39;s a meal! this is NOT a life threatening situation!'; And at least 99% of them weren%26#39;t going to starve if they didn%26#39;t get their meal within the next 30 seconds! (If you catch my drift!)
I%26#39;ve come to the conclusion that people LOVE to complain. when I read a negative review, I up it a couple notches. And if it%26#39;s positive, I up it even more!!!
