Do it in the shower. Then it%26#39;s free.

I%26#39;m sure the concierge at your hotel gets this question quite a bit. I would email the hotel in advance of your stay and ask for a recommendation.

My wife took her dress on the plane in a dress bag and we laid it across the carry on bags in the overhead bin. It held up really well from what I heard thereafter (I could not see it of course until she walked down the aisle). I think her mom touched it up with the iron on the lowest steam setting more hovering over the dress than ironing it full out. It was silk, and it was not harmed at all. I think you could do without needing to pay someone to press it, but if you want to send it, the concierge will take it and send it out for you. I think it is a full day turnaround though, so you would want to send it as soon as you get settled in. I personally would not send it out though because that just adds a chance that they could lose, damage, or otherwise put your plans in jeopardy.

Also-you could probably get the flight attendants to hang the dress bag in their coat closet up by the front of the plane.

Good luck, congrats, and viva las vegas!
