Most of the hotels have deals through September so if I were you I would book soon. I booked my hotel for August in April and got a good deal.

Book now! Directly through the hotel! If you find another hotel you would rather stay at that sounds like a better deal, you can usually cancel the first reservation within 48 hours of planned arrival w/o any penalties. Of course, if the better deal comes from the hotel you original book with, there%26#39;s no need to cancel and re-book, just let them know and they%26#39;ll make the adjustments. One of my concerns with booking later is coordinating my flight dates with the hotel dates.

NOW, you can always cancel and rebook (even at the same hotel) if you get abetter deal.

Book now and keep checking back for better pricing. I%26#39;m going in August as well (8-12) and already have my room booked at the Mirage. I%26#39;ve waited longer in years past and have almost always regreted it.

Best rates will be found the 3rd week of August...compare rates on travel websites, then try to book for the same rate at the hotel website, so there is no cancellation charge
