The Worst Blackjack Rules in Vegas

I read a magazine article claiming that the Hooters casino had the worst Blackjack rules in Vegas ( the tables where Hooter girls are dealers). But I later read an Internet posting saying that there is another casino even worse rules but the casino wasn%26#39;t named nor were the rules listed.

The Hooter girls table were described as using continuous shuffle machines with the bad rules of, BJ pays 6:5, double down on 10 or 11 only, no double after split, and dealer hits soft 17.

Anybody know what casino in Vegas has worse Blackjack rules than that?
